The Okidata c9300 printer is a colored and black-and-white printer which uses laser technology. Within it are Okidata C9300 toners and other applications applications that enable you to achieve accurate color reproductions of printing activities. Additionally, expansion of certain features ensures that productivity requirements are met promptly. Available connectivity options simplify attachment to a computer or even a network with an optional server card.

Inside it is a fast PowerPC 450MHz processor. This allows the machine to produce 37 monochrome pages per minute or that’s equivalent to 30 color pages per minute. It’s also fast enough to yield the first page out in just a matter of 10 to 11.5 seconds, depending on the document. A maximum resolution of 1200 x 600 dots per inch is used for crisp text and clear images each and every time.

Upon purchase, there’s a 128-MB RAM that comes with the machine. But it may be upgraded to a maximum of 1-GB RAM. This is possible as there are DIMM slots available for expansion. With such, you can have sufficient storage for large file sizes, without slowing down the performance of the printer. There are numerous memory sizes which can be installed, including 64-MB, 128-MB, 256-MB and 512-MB RAM.

As much as 650 media sheets may be handled as there’s a pair of paper cassettes around. One tray (universal) can take as many as 550 sheets, while the other (multipurpose) can handle as many as 100 sheets. However, increasing the media capacity to a staggering 2850 sheets is a cinch with the installation of optional trays. An optional duplex may also be attached for two-sided printing with minimal user contact.

There are a variety of media types and measurements that the c9300 can work on. Supported types include bond, labels, envelopes, transparencies, cards and other media suitable for use on a laser printer. Supported dimensions include anywhere from banner, letter, legal, executive, folio, standard, tabloid extra to custom ones. A maximum media measurement of 12.9 inches x 47.2 inches may be fed to the machine.

Parallel IEEE 1284 and speedy USB ports make it simpler to attach this laser printer to a computer. For use within a workgroup, simply purchase the optional OkiLAN 6200e+ print server. What’s more, it can work with several different computer or network operating systems. Enabling you to keep printing costs down is the individually replaceable imaging system, composed of the drum and toner cartridges.

Improve the way you use the machine with certain utilities that it comes with. Making sure that the colors on the hardcopy match those on the computer screen is the MonacoEZmatch software. Allowing you to monitor consumable usage is the Job Accounting software. This lets you supervise certain printer activities like paper usage, ink consumption, and others.

The Okidata c9300 printer with Okidata toners is ideal for personal use or within a workgroup. It has an enclosure dimension of 18.1 inches (H) x 24.76 inches (D) x 26.2″ (W) and weight of 154.3 pounds. To meet the shifting output requirements in the future, media handling capacity, and memory size can be easily upgraded. This laser printer’s operation is made simple despite of its fast and accurate performance, thanks to the status LCD on the control panel.
