gps map updates for life

I need a GPS that has at least a 4″ screen, life-time traffic updates, and cheap map updates. Where do I look?
I want a GPS that can do all of that, I’m a little nervous to buy a no-name brand, but I would if it’s reccomended. I just don’t want to be stuck buying traffic updates for the rest of the devices life.
