Noise?

I have a few questions about our work. The title of our proposal is "Speech to Text and Voice Command SMS Extension for open source FMA (Float Mobile Agent) with Noise Reduction Support for Sony Ericsson Phones. "Given all the technology involved in this work a little older, Our advisors told us to develop our own Noise Reduction application or extension of an existing algorithm to concentrate. We still have no idea how such a Develop algorithm. Is that very difficult? What are the factors in the development of what? What processes? Is there an open source software, the noise in real time Noise reduction? We want to strengthen them, if there is an open source software available.

There is Audacity. It is not real-time though, but perhaps help can. The source code is available from the final link. I would ask the audacity mailing list, because it helps if I were you.
