Those are all correct, but there a few other things as well.

Dramatically improved audio – meaning that the phone will be louder and clearer than the first generation (which was pretty horrible as a phone, so say the least. I have it and love it, but that one part just needed improvement, and they finally are in the 3G iPhone!)

The battery life – it now has improved battery life. You can now talk for 10 hours if you are within an EDGE network, and 5 hours if you are using 3G. Also, 24 hour music playback and longer video playback as well as longer standby time. Basically, a lot better battery life!

The back – the new iPhone back is all plastic and shaped slightly different. It’s thinner around the edges and gets a TINY bit thicker in the middle. It’s not completely flat to the table now. You can get a black 8gig, or a black or WHITE 16gig now. (and it’s not as heavy now either)

Also, improved performance and stability.

Should be good! It’s also rumored that MMS is coming to it as well.
