As you can disable the webcam microphone on a Dell Inspiron 1525, without turning off the headset mic?

My friend has a Dell Inspiron 1525, Witha built-in webcam, and it has a microphone on them .. obviously it is not disabled if she plugs in her microphone and headset, and it takes background noise and it reinforces so loud we can not even talk to Skype. She has tried to clear it in the Control Panel, but it's turned off all of its functions microphone. Any tips?

Option 1 In volume / mixer, there is an option to control the microphone. How many microphones do you see? One or two? If you Change the volume of one, you need both or only one change? Also check the menu to the recording devices show – they have different Volumes, then the playback devices. I am not sure if Skype playback or recording Ones.
