Why is google maps shifted on my iPhone?
Using Motion X GPS, when I use google maps, my position is always shifted north westish by a kilometer or so, yet bing is accurate to 10 or so meters.
Location is Shanghai, Xiamen Island, and Wuyishan, all in china.
is this something I should report? I had thought my gps was screwed in my phone until I randomly downloaded an app that included bing maps. the motion X maps work fine as well, only google maps has the problem.
Google Maps may simply be less accurate in your area
