Looking for a GIS/GPS crossover software, for utility use.?
I work for a water utility and we have an Oracle Acoounting software (I know, I know) I want to create an interactive GIS with Real time GPS for service calls. HELP!!
what you need is AVL (automated vehicle locating). there are a number of manufacturers that offer this kind of system including Trimble.
