Tom Tom One XL Problem Searching for GPS?
I have a tom tom one XL and have had it for about a year, its always worked fine in my car, but the other day i turned it on and it couldn’t find a signal, i have left it on while driving but it still gets nothing, the screen just stays gray and it says searching for GPS signal, i cant understand why it would all of a sudden start doing this when i have never had any issues with it in my car and driving on these roads.
how do i fix it?
You may need to reset (not restart) the device. However, try removing it from the vehicle, standing in an open area that is not around buildings, and see if it gets a signal within 15 minutes. It may need to be replaced, but I doubt that.
