GPS — Garmin or TomTom?
I’m in need of a GPS system because I’m new to driving and don’t know my way around. With that said, I’m in the market for a GPS [obviously] but I’ve read and heard mixed reviews of the Garmin and TomTom devices. From the countless reviews that I’ve read, Garmin is the superior device, because by many accounts, TomTom’s updates and maps are terrible. What are your experiences with these two brands?
When I bought my TOM TOM I went to the consumer reports website and they had a list of all the gps systems form bad to good. TOM TOM ONE rated the best for price and usability.
