GPS device, price range from $99 to almost $500, what makes them soo different in prices ?
From accuracy and basic usage point of view, what makes them so different in prices ??
The price difference is due to the features in the GPS device. I assume you are talking about the automotive models. I can discuss handhelds also. Cheaper models are basic – they just have the maps and will give you voice directions. You spend a little more and you will get text-to-speech directions which will speak the name of the street. Spend more and you will get an audio-out jack for connecting to your car speaker system and you might get Bluetooth capability for syncing your cell phone. Spend even more, and you might get real-time traffic data. And if you have any more money left to spend, you can get some data from the internet like restaurant reviews and gas prices based on your location.
