gps outage
Are Dallas area Verizon customers going to get some kind of reperations for the ridiculous outage last week?
Last week in the DFW area all Verizon customers were without service for 5 hours. Does anyone know if we are going to get our accounts credited or anything? I used Verizon Wireless for my cell service (my only phone) and GPS navigation so I couldn’t look up or call to get directions. IT was frustrating. I have friends that use Verizon Vios (?) so their TV , cell phone, internet and land line are through Verizon so they had no way of communicating with the world.And as everyone else has said, “so much for America’s most reliable network.”
Being a Verizon Rep I will let you know that nothing will be done and you will keep your pie hole shut.
