gps on blackberry curve 8320
Blackberry Curve 8320 and GPS?
I purchased the Blackberry Curve 8320 and now I would like to know how I can go about putting a GPS system on my Curve via T-Mobile. Thanks.
I was told I need to purchase a program for GPS and have seen many but would like your opinion as to which one is the best one.
You will first want to get an actual GPS receiver. The BlackBerry Curve 8320 comes with built-in Wi-Fi, not GPS. In order to really utilize a mapping program like TeleNav or Google Maps mobile, you will need to purchase a Bluetooth GPS receiver which you can paif with the BlackBerry. That GPS will work with the mapping program to pinpoint your exact location.
As far as the programs I recommend TeleNav, which is abotu $10 per month. Another good, free choice is Google Maps mobile.
