gps nokia 5800 xpressmusic
How can I use GPS in Nokia 5800 xpressmusic ?
I am new to this, I live in New Delhi. If I wanted to get assisted directions thru GPS then do I need to use nokia maps. Is it possible in the first place. Does GPS require net connection on phone or is it independant and for free. Can third party apps like satguide etc also work.
Is GPS better or A-GPS? Inorder to get the best out of this gps facility what should i do? What does satellite mode mean ?
To use gps In Nokia 5800 you do not need any net connection just make sure your gps signal is well. if u move ur red dot in nokia map is also going to move. But for nokia map in satellite mode you need net connection.go to options —- Map mode—satellite. In satellite mode you can see New Delhi clearly. go to options —- tools—Go online to active net connection. I can get gps signal in Dhaka,Bangladesh
