I want to use my phone for youtube videos, text at least 10,000 a day and type in to-do list and all my notes, and use for my music player replacing ipod. Thank you for your help…
So I recently went to my local ATT to trade in my old HTC Tilt and get a new Blackberry Bold.
I left with an iPhone 3G. Haha
As much as I was an anti iPhone fan for the longest time, I can honestly say I will never use any other phone.
If you need it, this phone has it. The commercials don’t lie. THOUSANDS of applications. For instance, I read FML when i’m bored, and even chat on facebook through my iphone.
The main reason I went with this phone, is I needed a phone with an amazing battery, and this one fits amazing.
I text A LOT. Many people are afraid of the touch screen and having a hard time with typing, but the auto correct helps out so much. Say you meant to say Hey, but you type Heu, it automatically corrects it.
The camera works beautifully. One thing I was disappointing about when buying it was the fact I could no longer send pictures through texts! One thing the iPhone does is it’s always changing. The new update that comes out this summer will change it so you CAN send and receive pictures!
The phone may look fragile… I use no case and i’ve had no problems. Now I’m not saying go and drag it along a gravel road, but you do have to take care of it just like any other phone with a touch screen and there are many different cases available for it.
The iPhone music application is basically the iPod touch. If you know how to use an iPod or iTunes, you’re good. I also enjoy the speakers on the phone. Great quality for a phone.
Screen, hands down, iPhone.
I have a Garmin 405. I paid about $400 bucks for it. I recently got a GPS app for about $7 and it does everything my garmin does except heart rate.
As long as your in a 3G area or near a WLAN, it works flawlessly. The zoom function is amazing. One thing they leave out a lot on the details is the ability to open multiple windows!
The phone comes with a YouTube app built in. I used to think watching videos on my tilt was great till I watched one in wide screen on my iPhone. The quality is amazing.
Now remember, I went in to buy a Blackberry bold. I told myself, NO IPHONE! and now I couldn’t go a day without it.
If you do get the iPhone, i HIGHLY recommend the Pandora app. It’s great especially if you don’t have much music on your iPhone already. Hope I helped!
