Where can I find an accurate Low Bridge POI for UK for my TomTom 910 GPS?
Hi All,
I am looking for a low bridges POI for my TomTom 910 system.
I only need it for thr UK but if you know of one for the continent that would be handy!
I need it to be accurate! I have tried some sites but only get about 500 low bridges, this surely cannot be right as i am always coming across bridges which are not in it.
I do alot of truck driving all over the UK so it is imperitive the POI collection is correct.
I am willing to pay for something decent as its my job and livelyhood.

Hi, Try www.a23.co.uk as they have over 2300 low bridges in their very comprehensive POI set.
I am a gold member where I paid a one off £10.99 joining fee. Now I get monthy updates to their POI for free and a monthy newsletter sent via email which gives details of bridges hit in the previous month so we can be extra aware of them.
I am a HGV lorry driver also going all over the UK, so I find the information very helpful as their POI gives the height in both feet and metres and easy to use.
So far I have not come across one low bridge which was not in thier database so i am very happy.
I would also like to add they include low bridges not covered in my AA Truckers Atlas! This is most handy as my travels take me to farms down quiet country roads.
