A GPS app for iPod Touch?

Is there an app I can get for my iPod Touch (without jailbreaking or anything) with a turn-by-turn GPS thing that will tell me when to turn and where to go?

Nope there is not a “real” app for GPS yet, maybe on the next gen ones coming out this Sept 2009.
