Additional accessories or equipment for Garmin Nuvi 255w GPS?
I purchased this gps as a gift for my boyfriend. Other than what comes in the box with the gps, do I need to purchase anything else? I want him to open the box and be able to use it immediately. I am not necessarily looking to purchase addition items for luxury or fun… I want to be sure a that a useful add-on or electronic type component won’t be missing. Any ideas or suggestions?
you might want to check the box and make sure it comes with a cord to connect to your computer for updates–most units do come with the cable- some don’t. you will want to update your maps, points of interest etc and you’ll need that cable to do it….
