Should I Get An iPhone 3G?
Hello. I have the option to purchase an 8G 3G iPhone w/ a 2 year subscription. I am not a businessman, just a college student who will only need the following in a phone:
Music Player
GPS
Internet Browsing
Camera
I’ve looked up a lot of reviews for the iphone 3G and it’s all been 50-50 on good-crap. I use itunes already for my music. I’ve heard that the web browser only supports html and does not use flash or java. I’m okay at technical know-how, but what will not having flash or java enabled not do for me on the web? I know you can watch YouTube on it, but what won’t I be able to do? Also, can I access my hotmail account with it? Or just the e-mail apps that Apple provides? And also, how durable is it? Any real answers will be appreciated! Thx!

yes you should definitely get it, it is by far the best phone on the market and urivaled in its quality. If you want music, ipods are the best and the iphone has it built in, GPs= amazing an locate to within 10 feet, and the internet browsing is fantastic with 3g you have no idea how useful it is to carry around the internet. Admittedly the camera isnt the best ut it is still good. Hope you purchase one and enjoy!
