Do these cameras have GPS?
Does the Canon 20D, Nikon D400, and Canon SD800 IS have GPS built in?
No. None of the specification pages list any GPS. It would only add weight and cost to the camera, making it heavier to carry and none competitive price wise. You’d need to add all the electronics for the GPS receiver, plus find someplace on the camera to put an antenna.
