Buying a Blackberry from Verizon! Help please!?
I plan on purchasing the Blackberry Curve 8330 smartphone from Verizon very soon because I have this feeling they are never going to get the Bold!
Anyway, I have never owned a smart phone and I am a little bit confused about some of the capablities and what is included in the 29.99/month data package.
I am unfamiliar with EVDO. Is this just the internet? And will my data package fee allow me to surf the web from my phone as much as I want.
Also, is the GPS service included in the data package fee??

Yes the web package is unlimited, Yes the GPS feature is included, and EVDO is thier high speed data transfer service think of it like DSL for your phone LOL , super nice phone by the way!
