gps accuracy military
Does my hypothesis prove that border security is going to literally become a life-or-death situation soon?
Bear with my logic…
Firstly, I realized that in the not-to-distant future there will be ALMOST ZERO casualties on the part of the US military. Right now we have, operational:
–remote controlled aerial drones with guided missiles, and ground robots that can roll as fast as a man while carrying a machine gun or rocket launchers and an array of cameras/night/thermal vision etc.
–mortar shells with GPS units that drop down with pinpoint accuracy from 25 miles away.
These more or less take care of urban combat situations (yes there will always be SOME human casualties, but they will be infinitesimal…and this is key to my point).
As far as “old fashioned” warfare, air superiority and naval warships, it probably won’t be long before we are able to take out any and all larger threats from high in the stratosphere.
They will ONLY be able to kill us by infiltrating our country!
We must seal both borders, or it is INEVITABLE that they WILL sneak in one day.
go to Irak, you will see more action over there than asking stupid questions
