How do I get better sound quality for my Motorola SLVR earphones?

the crowd, who came with him was so bad, I bought an off-brand set, but it sucks too. my old nokia was far superior set. my band is the way to all. I have also tried 2 types of Bluetooth, but the person in conversation complained of distortion and volume problems.
