What kind of microphone should I use with a portable mini-disc player?
I am a musician and would like to save a mini-laptop's hard drive. How can – I make sure that the microphone is turned on in accordance with the reader? Do you have any suggestions about what would be a good brand / model? I would like 50 to 100 over spend a second hand on eBay. Thanks in advance!
They are limited by the players themselves, what can you microphones because of the small micro-cassette ports have use for most small ones. If the drive has a standard 3.5 mm connector microphone (like a headphone) jack, there is not much choice for a microphone. It might be better just to have a Sony microphone that is intended to recorder. If you spend more on the recorder, you'd be better off to be a professional with a XLR input with phantom power preserved. In this way, you can use each with each microphone.
