Does that mean the phone companies charge money for accessing google map on which the GPS works? or is it like any other GPS device that is fee of charge?
It uses data to access it .
Since you have to have a data plan it doesn,t cost any extra.
If you do not have a data plan it will cost you extra to download the maps .
If you can get mapping software on it and not let it use the assisted gps it would not use any data.
