best car gps under 100
Best in car gps system for under $100?
I am getting a gift for my dad for christmas, and I have decided I want to get him a GPS for his car. But im pretty young so I cant pay over $100….Thanks!
Look on ebay for the garmin nuvi 200 – i just did a quick search for it and it came up with prices being around 115 – its a discontinued model by garmin but it is still a really good unit – very basic will get you from point a to point b – you can save favorites…
it will have 2008 maps on it (2009 already came out, weird yes, sort of like cars how they come out with models before the year starts) even the 2008 maps are still good, just won’t have newer communites that were built.. but your dad can always do the map update himself from garmin which he can get anywhere between 50-90 dollars just tell him to look for it on sale if he really wants to
